Terms and Conditions
LEGAL AGREEMENT
This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Primeintec Solutions and the Customers, and governs the Customer's purchase and use of applications developed by Primeintec. By purchasing the app, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in the revocation of the Customer's right to use the application. In such cases, the Customer must immediately cease using the application and remove all copies or derivative works of the application. Primeintec reserves the right to ignore any requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and using our apps, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership and Copyright:
Primeintec is the sole copyright holder of all the apps. All or parts of the apps are copyrighted and are protected by applicable laws. Any activity that infringes the terms of this Agreement will be considered a violation of copyright law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. Primeintec reserves the right to revoke the license of any user with an invalid or unauthorized license. -
Source Code Ownership:
The ownership of the source code of all apps remains with Primeintec. Customers are prohibited from altering, modifying, or distributing the source code. If any unauthorized changes are made, Primeintec will not be liable for any consequences or issues arising from the altered version of the app. -
No Unauthorized Distribution:
Customers are not permitted to distribute, sell, give, or sublicense the app, in whole or in part, to any third parties, individuals, or companies. The app must not be placed on any server where it can be publicly accessed or distributed. -
Alterations to Base Code:
If any alterations are made to the base code of Odoo or the app’s source code, Primeintec will not be held responsible for any issues or malfunctions in the purchased apps. -
License Violations:
Any action to circumvent or break the license-related restrictions on the source code will not be tolerated. A formal warning will be issued if any violations are detected. Continued violations will result in strict legal action. -
Code Integration Restrictions:
You are prohibited from integrating any part of our app's code, in whole or in part, with any other applications, software, or websites. -
Platform Compatibility:
Our Odoo apps are compatible with the Odoo.sh platform, but Primeintec does not guarantee compatibility. Additionally, Primeintec does not offer free support for apps running on the Odoo.sh platform. -
Data Backup and Testing:
It is highly recommended that you back up all data before installing our apps. We also advise testing the apps in a non-production environment before deploying them to a live environment. Primeintec will not be responsible for any loss of data, profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the apps.
2. Payment and Liability

Merchant Liability:
Primeintec is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction, including but not limited to situations where the cardholder exceeds the mutually agreed credit limit set with the acquiring bank.
3. Conflict with Third-Party Apps
Primeintec will not be held liable for any issues or loss of functionality resulting from conflicts between our apps and third-party apps. If purchased apps become unusable due to such conflicts, Primeintec will not assume responsibility for the situation.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases made from Primeintec are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for purchased apps or services.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Support Packs

Support Hours:
Support for apps can be redeemed during working hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT+5:30), excluding public holidays. To access support, please contact our helpdesk via the support page. Outside of working hours, Primeintec will make every effort to address system-down issues, with all other requests being handled on the next working day. -
Support Pack Expiry:
Support packs are valid for a specific period starting from the date of issue. If there are unused support hours at the end of the validity period, the remaining hours can be carried forward to the next support pack purchase. -
Pricing and Renewal:
Primeintec reserves the right to modify the pricing of support packs at its discretion. Customers will be required to adhere to the updated pricing at the time of renewal. -
Advance Payment Requirement:
To subscribe to any support packs, the customer is required to pay 100% of the amount in advance. Upon receipt of full payment, your support account will be activated. -
No Refunds for Support Packs:
All purchases of support packs are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. -
Liability:
Primeintec will not be liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or damages to customer data or equipment resulting from the use of our apps or services. -
Payment Confirmation:
By making the payment for any of our services or apps, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
6. Miscellaneous

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Primeintec is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. -
Amendments:
Primeintec reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the Customer, and continued use of the apps will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. -
Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing or using Primeintec’s apps, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
